Riff Marketing Website

THE
BRIEF

The Riff platform uses voice data obtained from video calls to show how people interact in order to help people develop situational awareness in real-time and adjust their behaviors accordingly. They needed a marketing website to present what the product had to offer and generate leads. Riff currently had the product ready, but needed a way to sell and garner interest. The current site was outdated and displayed older information that didn’t pertain to the goals of the app.

Web Design
UX/UI Design

THE APPROACH

Identifying the User: 3 personas were developed that best described the users of the product. Although the user backgrounds varied, they all needed to understand how the Riff product could help their particular business.

Wireframes + Sitemaps: I created user flows and mapped the journey of the average user. I created preliminary wireframes using Figma focusing on structure and experience.

High fidelity designs: High-fidelity designs were created using Figma. Design systems were created and implemented into a usable style guide. Regular design reviews were coordinated with the development team to make sure that certain interface appearances and experiences were feasible.

THE SOLUTION

A well-designed and fully-responsive marketing site was created to gain interest. The new content and updated imagery allows for better storytelling and use cases of the product, which in turn, created more leads.
