CCA Member Solutions needed identity branding and a marketing website for lead generation and to allow organizations to easily sign up for demos. This site needed to provide how-it-works of the products CCA Member Solutions had to offer. The site needed to present what the product had to offer and generate leads for the sales team to follow up.

THE APPROACH
Identifying the User: Our team identified user pain-points and 4 personas were developed that best described the users of the website. These personas helped us to understand the logic and demographic of the site visitors. The users needed to be able to easily browse site and know where to sign up for more information.
Wireframes + Sitemaps: I created user flows and mapped the journey of the average user. I created preliminary wireframes using Figma focusing on structure and experience.
High fidelity designs: High-fidelity designs were created using Sketch. Design systems were created and implemented into a usable style guide. Regular design reviews were coordinated with the development team to make sure that certain interface appearances and experiences were feasible.
THE SOLUTION
Through thoughtful iterations, branding was created to convey the idea of stacking solutions for member businesses. In addition to branding, a fully-optimized marketing site was designed and implemented using WordPress and custom styling. The site features designed SVG animation for a dynamic appearance. The theme encompasses the concept of opening up boxes of solutions that are the right fit for every small business.
